Standard retail shipping is shown at checkout unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
Free over $75
Qualifying retail orders over $75 receive free standard shipping where available.

Faster delivery methods may be offered for eligible products and destinations.
Before your order ships
Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory confirmation, and fulfillment processing before shipment.
Customers receive shipping updates after the order is prepared for dispatch. Final delivery times depend on destination, carrier service, product type, and any carrier restrictions.
Special carrier rules may apply
Some fragrance products contain alcohol and may be restricted to certain carriers, shipping methods, or destinations.
When a fragrance cannot use a faster air service, an eligible ground method may be required.
What to do if something is wrong
Damaged or incorrect item
Contact SASH LLC promptly with your order details and a description of the problem so the issue can be reviewed.
Opened beauty products
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics are generally not eligible for return unless defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
Return approval
Do not send a return without first contacting SASH LLC. Approved returns may be subject to instructions specific to the product and order.
Commercial shipping terms
Wholesale orders may use separate freight, delivery, claims, and return terms stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or commercial agreement.
