Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Orders may be subject to payment authorization, inventory confirmation, fraud or security review, shipping eligibility, and other reasonable verification. SASH LLC may decline or cancel an order when necessary and will handle any applicable payment reversal or refund through the payment method or processor used for the transaction.

Product Information & Availability

SASH LLC seeks to present accurate product names, descriptions, prices, availability, and images. Product packaging, color, appearance, formulation, size, or manufacturer presentation may change. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and fulfilled.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other order charges will be shown as appropriate during checkout. When live online payments are enabled, payment processing will be handled through the connected payment provider. An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized or verified.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, charges, and eligibility may vary by destination and product. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carriers or circumstances outside SASH LLC's control.

Certain fragrance products may contain alcohol and can be subject to special carrier, destination, or air-transport restrictions. Ground shipping may be required. Additional details are available on the Shipping & Returns page.

Returns, Damaged Items & Refunds

Return eligibility is governed by the posted Shipping & Returns policy and applicable law. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics are generally not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law. Customers should contact SASH LLC before sending a return.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers should contact SASH LLC as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. A request is not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment, been transferred to a carrier, or otherwise progressed too far to modify.

Wholesale & Commercial Orders

Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, product availability, freight, payment terms, claims, and return terms may differ from retail orders. The applicable quote, invoice, purchase arrangement, or other commercial agreement may contain additional or different terms for a wholesale transaction.

The SASH LLC website, branding, original site text, layout, and business content may not be copied or used in a misleading manner without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Third-party brand names, product names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Use of Products & Limitation

Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, warnings, directions, and manufacturer information before use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SASH LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
